Privacy Policy
Quantlock Labs operates Quantlock Catalog Alerts, a read-only Shopify catalog auditing and incident-alert application.
Data we process
Quantlock Catalog Alerts processes the merchant’s permanent Shopify domain, app authentication sessions, product and variant catalog fields needed for audits, audit results, alert preferences, privacy-safe product-usage milestones, and operational timestamps. If supplied, we store an alert email address. We do not request customer, order, payment, or product-write access.
How data is used
We use this information only to authenticate the app, scan catalog quality, detect price incidents, display findings, deliver reports or alerts the merchant explicitly enables, improve onboarding, maintain security, and operate support. Usage milestones contain no catalog or customer contents. We do not sell merchant data or use catalog data for advertising.
Service providers and location
Quantlock Catalog Alerts uses Shopify for the commerce platform, a managed application host and PostgreSQL database, and—when configured—email delivery and error-monitoring providers. Processing may occur outside the merchant’s country under the providers’ safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Audit and incident data is retained while the app is installed. Uninstalling disables scans and monitoring. Shopify’s mandatory shop-redaction request permanently deletes the shop record, sessions, audit runs, issues, incidents, delivery records, and snapshots. Merchants can also contact us to request deletion. Customer privacy requests are acknowledged without customer-data processing because Quantlock Catalog Alerts holds no customer records.
Security and choices
Traffic uses HTTPS. Secrets are stored by the hosting provider and are not committed to source control. Merchants can pause weekly auditing, disable weekly email reports or real-time monitoring, clear alert settings, or uninstall Quantlock Catalog Alerts at any time.
