Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Quantlock Catalog Alerts, provided by Quantlock Labs. By installing or using Quantlock Catalog Alerts, the merchant agrees to these terms and Shopify’s applicable platform terms.
Service
Quantlock Catalog Alerts provides read-only catalog audits, issue organization, optional weekly email reports, and optional change alerts. Quantlock Catalog Alerts does not edit Shopify product data and does not guarantee that every catalog error, loss, or third-party change will be detected.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants remain responsible for catalog accuracy, reviewing alerts, maintaining Shopify access, providing a valid alert address, and making their own product corrections. Quantlock Catalog Alerts must not be used unlawfully or to interfere with the service.
Plans and billing
Free and paid features are described on the Shopify-hosted pricing page. Shopify processes paid-plan approval, billing, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, and applicable taxes. Current pricing and trial terms shown by Shopify control.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, provider outages, Shopify platform changes, and events outside our control can interrupt availability. Features may change to improve security, reliability, or compliance; material changes will be communicated through the app or listing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Quantlock Catalog Alerts is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Quantlock Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Termination and contact
Merchants may stop using Quantlock Catalog Alerts by uninstalling it. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. Questions: quantlocklabs@gmail.com.
